After the dump truck weighs, the aggregate is unloaded into the hopper without loader. The aggregate is sent to the designated stockyard through the feeding belt conveyor and distributing belt conveyor. The fully automatic feeding system saves the cost of backyard charging, and uses all the enclosed stack yard to spray and dust, which completely eliminates the pollution caused by dust. The sand in the aggregate is measured by lining vibrator to ensure smooth blanking and improve efficiency.
The inclined belt conveyor adopts external shaft mounted driving drum, polyurethane wear-resistant scraping plate and spiral idler to solve the problems of idler sticking, difficult cleaning and easy belt deviation. The aggregate enters the aggregate storage bin, the pulse dust collector collects the dust, and the clean water and sewage are measured cumulatively respectively. After the admixture is measured, it is discharged into the clean water. After the powder measurement is completed, close the spiral outlet butterfly valve to improve the measurement accuracy.
The double horizontal shaft mixing host adopts new shaft end seal and high chromium lining plate, blade, high mixing efficiency and long service life. The size and angle of the feed inlet are professionally designed, and the mixing shaft is washed by the pressure pump to effectively prevent shaft holding and reduce the maintenance cost. The hopper can store a tank of concrete, improve the productivity of the mixing plant, and prevent splashing when unloading concrete.

Operation, dispatching, experiment and maintenance can be centralized to improve work efficiency.

The powder bin is equipped with pulse dust collector as standard, and the patch sensor can display the material capacity in the bin in real time. The dust removal bin in the middle can solve the dust pollution and the maintenance of the filter element to the greatest extent. At the same time, the mixing plant is also equipped with sand separator, filter press, sewage mixer, car washing machine and other environmental protection auxiliary equipment.
