5. If the machine vibrates or makes abnormal noise during use, the high-speed mixer shall be shut down immediately for comprehensive inspection.
6. Do not use the load too much., Generally, the load of the motor of the high-speed mixer is measured. The heavy load current of the 380V motor when mixing plastic is normal if it does not exceed the rated current of the motor. If the load is exceeded, the mixing capacity shall be reduced.
7. Managers must be familiar with the technical performance, internal structure, control system and operation principle of high-speed mixer. Do not leave the workplace during operation to prevent damage to parts due to failure and ensure safe production.
