This year, the Ministry of industry and information technology released two batches of recommended catalogues. The time interval between the first two batches of recommended catalogues is relatively short, less than two months before and after. However, the total number of the two batches is less than that of the fifth batch last year. Therefore, enterprises that have not entered look forward to more opportunities. As a result, 294 batches of new vehicles have been publicized and more than 690 new energy vehicle products have been declared. From the perspective of probability, the more enterprises declare, the higher the possibility of entering the announcement and recommended catalogue.
The battery white list is also a hard threshold battery directory. Enterprises are more popular. The battery directory corresponding to the recommended directory is a difficult problem in front of battery enterprises.
Although there is no exact information on whether the recommended directory is linked to the battery directory, it is very necessary for power battery enterprises to enter the directory, and the supporting battery enterprises in the recommended directory also reflect the orientation of vehicle enterprises, mostly cooperating with enterprises on the battery white list.
It is understood that at present, the Ministry of industry and information technology has issued four batches of battery catalogs, including 57 battery enterprises (including system enterprises), but there are far more than 57 domestic power battery enterprises. Therefore, enterprises that have not entered the battery catalog are eager to pass the compulsory inspection of new national standard products, so as to obtain the test report issued by a qualified organization for power battery testing to apply for entering the battery catalog.
In fact, many battery enterprises are stuck in the test, because the only national testing institutions recognized by the Ministry of industry and information technology are the National Automobile Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Beijing), Tianjin Automobile Testing Center, National Automobile Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Xiangyang), national motor vehicle quality supervision and Inspection Center (Chongqing). Like the above situation, thousands of troops cross the single wooden bridge, And expensive.
The rapid development of new energy vehicles in China is inseparable from national and local policies, and enterprises love and hate policies, because walking at the pace of the country is like being held by others. They not only lose the initiative, but also worry about their lives. But talking about the market without policies is like hitting the stone with eggs, and enterprises are actually in a dilemma.
