1. High impact resistance
The impact resistance and absorbed impact energy of ultra-high molecular weight mixer rank first among plastics. It is difficult to crack whether it is impacted by strong external force or internal pressure fluctuation. Its impact strength is 10 times that of nylon 66, 20 times that of PVC and 4 times that of mixer. Especially in low temperature environment, its impact strength reaches a higher value. This flexibility of UHMW mixer provides a safe and reliable guarantee for the conveying system.
2. High wear resistance
Among many pipeline materials, the friction coefficient of ultra-high molecular weight mixer is the smallest, and the ultra-high molecular chain is particularly long, which makes the wear resistance of the modified ultra-high molecular weight mixer pipe 4-7 times higher than that of steel pipe and stainless steel pipe, and about 10 times higher than that of PVC pipe and mixer pipe, greatly improving the service life of the pipeline.
3. Corrosion resistance
Based on the fact that the ultra-high molecular weight mixer is a saturated molecular group structure, it has high chemical stability and can resist the erosion of various highly corrosive media (acid, alkali, salt) and organic solvents in a certain temperature and concentration range.
4. No scaling
The ultra-high molecular weight mixer has the lowest friction coefficient due to its self lubrication and non adhesion. The inner wall of the pipeline produced by special process is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and does not scale, so the flow resistance is very small, and the flow rate and flow can be maintained for a long time. Its inner diameter can be reduced by 15.4% compared with that of steel pipe.
5. Weatherability and aging resistance
Our modified black super high molecular weight mixer has good weatherability and anti-aging properties. On the one hand, because there are few unsaturated genes in the molecular chain of ultra-high pipeline, the molecular weight is large; On the other hand, high-quality improver is added to make the service life of ultra-high pipeline greatly exceed that of ordinary mixer pipeline. After 60 years of service, the ultra-high pipeline can still maintain more than 70% of its mechanical properties.
6. Wide temperature adaptability
It can work at - 269 ℃ to 80 ℃ for a long time.
7. Flame retardancy
Special industries use natural fire protection environment, add flame retardant modification, and manufacture with special processing technology to overcome the flammability of ultra-high molecular weight mixer and have flame retardant performance.
8. Light weight and convenient installation
This product has good flexibility, can adapt to various geological conditions, and can be directly bent and laid; It adopts flange connection without gasket, and the connection is fast and simple.
