Necessary conditions for installation and commissioning:

1. As there are strict regulations on safety in logistics and transportation, the Demander shall prepare "46# hydraulic oil" for the hydraulic lifting machine to lift the machine during commissioning.
2. The supplier shall communicate with the demander before or after delivery, determine the schedule and inform the demander to make various preparations (water / electricity / gas, etc.).

1、 Preliminary preparation, equipment installation, training, and business and technical secrets:1. As there are strict regulations on safety in logistics and transportation, the Demander shall prepare "46# hydraulic oil" for the hydraulic lifting machine to lift the machine during commissioning.
2. The supplier shall communicate with the demander before or after delivery, determine the schedule and inform the demander of all preparations.
3. After all equipment arrives at the demander, the Demander shall make various preparations, and the supplier shall send personnel to carry out equipment installation, commissioning and training in time.
4. The equipment training contents include: it is recommended that users try their best to maintain the stability of employees.

5. The demander or user is obliged to protect the intellectual property rights of the supplier's equipment, not copy or assist a third party to copy, and keep the supplier or manufacturer confidential
Trade and technical secrets. On this premise, the equipment supplier or manufacturer can properly provide the installation record card, safety operation manual and daily report of each part
Regular maintenance manual, necessary technical drawings of equipment, etc.

2、 Acceptance criteria / method / place / period:

1. For single (set) equipment: under normal circumstances, the acceptance shall be carried out within two weeks after the goods arrive at the place designated by the demander.
2. For the complete set of projects requiring on-site construction: the acceptance shall be carried out within two weeks after the completion of "construction, installation, commissioning and training".
3. After the equipment is installed and debugged on the demander's site, the Demander shall conduct acceptance according to the "technical agreement between both parties" and relevant standards, and sign the acceptance report.

3、 Quality assurance:
1. Warranty period: one year;
1-1. For a single set of equipment: under normal circumstances, the warranty period shall be calculated from the date of signing the "acceptance report". If the acceptance cannot be carried out on schedule due to the buyer's reason, the warranty period shall be calculated from the 15th day of arrival of goods.
1-2. Complete sets of projects requiring on-site construction: after the completion of construction, installation, commissioning and training, they shall be jointly accepted by the supplier and the demander, and the warranty period shall be calculated from the date of signing the "acceptance report". If the acceptance cannot be carried out on schedule due to the buyer's reason, the warranty period shall be calculated from "15 days after the completion of construction".
2, during the warranty period, suppliers and suppliers will be free to replace parts and door-to-door services in Chinese mainland, for the supplier's technical and manufacturing reasons. The supplier shall respond within 4 hours after receiving the repair notice, make explanation and analysis by telephone, fax or e-mail and help users solve problems; If the problem cannot be solved, the supplier's after-sales personnel shall arrive at the site within 48 ~ 72 hours to solve the problem for the user.
3. If the damage is caused by human factors of "the demander or the user of the demander" and the supplier needs door-to-door service and replacement of parts, paid maintenance service shall be implemented.
4. Commitment to lifelong maintenance: within the warranty period, it shall be implemented in accordance with "1 and" in this clause; Outside the warranty period, if the supplier needs door-to-door service and replacement of parts, paid maintenance service shall be implemented.
5. The supplier shall ensure the supply of equipment spare parts or actively assist the user in obtaining equipment spare parts.

4、 Equipment upgrade:

When upgrading is allowed, the application user requires that the supplier or manufacturer should actively help the user with hardware upgrading and software upgrading; Under normal circumstances, the project is a paid service.
